Cancellation Policy

Appointments are on a strict “first come, first serve” policy. Kindly book in advance via website or whatsapp. To cancel or reschedule, kindly send us a message on either WhatsApp (9066 9329) or IG @lizaesthetics.sg -- minimum 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. This is greatly appreciated as we are on a "By Appointment Only" schedule. For existing clients with packages - Take note that last minute cancellation (Less than 24 hours) will equate to a deduction of session in package as we are unable to fill the slot. Thank you!
